Bob,

That's the issue. CVG appears to not have operated in a responsible, nor in a legal manner. PDG's costs resulted from reliance of CVG. Hey, this is really small change when viewed against the larger picture, and do we really care how PDG and CVG handle this?

Even if KRY has to pay all or something of this, it is time and effort saved in KRY's advancing the project. No one is going to plow it all under.
