Exactly. Other than the 5% communities too rich to care...)) The next 5 yrs will witness a lot of state and municipal regime change away from the "dark blue persuasion" as colder GSM winters push heating and electricity bills significantly higher in cold winter states, along with higher prices for goods & services with significant energy inputs in their cost structures.

That this doesn't impact a small minority of wealthy communities across the nation is beside the point for our discussions here. Our focus is on the vast numbers of middle and lower income Americans who will inevitably suffer from inflation in the cost of necessities and demand increased access to clean affordable natural gas.
