How long to develop and produce a cide for the BIG health scare for Norovirus? it is big in the west now!
Here's my wild-ass guess:
  • 1 or more years to get the formulation right (...once Diwan sets his mind to it).
  • 2 years of animal studies to get to IND clearance
  • 2 years of human clinical studies, review and analysis
  • 1 year of FDA review to get approval

Minimum: 6 years (assuming Diwan can find another patsy to pay $50 Mn for developing it)

I would suggest taking the average of several estimates. Anybody else want to give it a WAG?
