I've just received the full report from BA Rob&Steph.;

I've bought 50K on this; the panic on the public offering has created an excellent buying opportunity. The reasons?

1) The best sequential revenues growth in the history of the search engine stocks (>50,6%)

2) First of more upgrades

3) As I believe this secondary offering may recall in the mind of the investors, the full story of Excite & Intuit; R&S analyst (and me too) thinks that this could be an excellent system to attract attention from large companies in putting money in SEEK (Walt Disney, Time Warner, ... ??!!. It sounds like: "Hey!, I'm here, who makes the best offering?"

4)Making a secondary of 3 mln share @ 11$ is not so good for the company. So the right price could be around @ 16$ IMHO.
