Henry: You really do your homework. That is very helpful. Thanks for the input. I read the NY Times article released on 1/22/98 and if a decision does come soon I guess the NY Times is not very optimistic on it happening. Appears the Liability issue that AHP brings to the table just mite get in the way as I read it,and to offset this issue with shares throwns control to SKB. But I am sure alot does not get said to a reporter and I have found that what is not said is what is the real clue to what the decision will be. If the reporter got it all right we would have in effect the news. :-} Either way I think their activity has wheels churning in the drug industry. Even if it is setting up fences to prevent hostile takeovers. Thanks, and please keep us up to date.
