Dr. Dave,
Cowan initiated coverage because they don't believe the news from Asensio, they don't believe in the court system, they don't believe Hsu will be found guilty. They believe in a free market system. It takes about two years for the shorts to play out because nobody believes it will happen. Fidelity Fund doesn't believe it, Amerindo doesn't believe it. Asensio believes it, maybe.
