The best Canadian born doctors go to the US to practice leaving Canadians to pick up the slack from Pakistan. Most people in the service industry will move for higher pay, lower taxes and better living conditions, doctors are no exception. I’m just curious why Canada has a love affair with Pakistani doctors when Cuban ones are probably better trained.
