I just had a problem with Amazon, but they fixed it. I ordered an item yesterday, one day delivery and they shipped it in an envelope and it was damaged. I called Amazon to complain, I had to reorder the item with some more stuff to get it packed in a box, and they issued a full refund no need to return the item, but I have to wait till Tuesday to get it. If it was shipped in a box wit would not have been damaged.
