Not concerned about an FDA hiccup as I am with a management that is deceptive. FDA informed TLT of the halt on Nov 25th. On Nov 27th TLTL put out a trial update with no mention of the FDA delay. On Friday Nov 29th TLT admits the FDA halt after the market closed and on a day the U.S. was market had been on holiday.

Any company that releases news after the close on a Friday are trying to hide facts from as much as possible. Not a company that acts in the best interests of shareholders.

We also are not given the reasons for the FDA halt. I hope not related to laser compliance.
