I do hope TLT is able to improve its share price and future financings on the back of their amazing science. I cannot find actual regulatory documents, but I see no management on the Board of Directors other than Roger's wife Kristina H. How do you run a company without a President, CEO or Chairman on the board of directors???? theralase.com
