Doesn't that really bite? Gee, let's just give everyone incentive with absolutely NO risk. Hell, while we're at it, let's go ahead and lower EVERY shareholder's basis to 24 11/16. Oh, that won't work, will it? Where's the incentive in this? OK, maybe they could have repriced them a little lower to give them something to strive for, but weren't they really LUCKY in pretty much ringing the bell at the bottom? Greg, I know it's a bad day in Atlanta (you are welcome here in Tucson any time), but I want those engineers at ASND/CSCC to be happy and productive. The repricing was a great morale booster, as witnessed by the significant turnover reduction. I don't begrudge them their options. (I know you don't either, and that it is just the rain.) Gary Korn
