| | | About 10 years ago, the dentist that pulled a broken tooth gave me a check up, he said all my mercury fillings needed to be replaced, there was 9. I had a hard time believing that, so I found another dentist for a second opinion. I went to Dr. Morella, in Calgary, he looked at my teeth and said there is nothing wrong with the fillings but he did find one that the other guy missed. So he filled it. Many years went by my honest dentist wanted to retire and start volunteering in 3rd world countries providing free dentistry. The new dentist that bought his practice became my new dentist, but I left him after that infection I had back in August.
If in doubt about a diagnosis, get a second opinion. The place I am at now, was the same place that told me I had 9 cavities in the fillings, the only difference is the dentist I see there, is very honest and does things his way. They have about 8 dentists that work there. The honest dentist was the one that removed that problem tooth Oct 22. He also told me back in August just days before I landed up in the ER getting IV antibiotics that you don't need a dentist, you NEED a doctor. I like this new guy.
Some are probably wondering why trust that same company, the reason is the dentist I see now is honest, and the hours they keep are long, so I can get in day or night. But my dentist there, only works days. |
