PAX sales. Whatever the correct number from this source, doesn't it need to be adjusted upwards for stores not covered or do they already do this? Then there are non-US sales. Are there any? Are there alternative channels that also contribute to sales e.g. mail order, Internet, etc?

It would be good to pin this number down.
