Ken, don't sell just yet. My broker has a strong relationship with executives at GTBX. It is his opinion that GTBX is having a strong quarter and that an increase in the near future is likely. His target is $14 by June and possibly $17/sh by year end (if all goes well). The only hesitation I hear from him about the upcoming earnings report is how does the company handle the conference call. If it is upbeat, (production problems corrected etc.) you'll be happy you stayed. I think the down side is minimal at this point, given the strong quarter they are having. I was told approximately 7-10% of their business is from Asia, but the loss in sales may be offset by lower part prices which are produced and imported from here. Also, a December Kiplinger article had GTBX as one of their top picks for 1998. Glad to see someone else follows this thread, I thought I might have to post to myself. One other thought, I was told there is one analyst with a strong buy reccomendation and seven with hold ratings. My broker says the real upturn in GTBX will occur with upgrades expected after the fourth quarter and year end numbers are released.
