Brad, I understand the definition of "Float". All one has to do is look it up in the dictionary of finance and investment terms. My question is, within the scope of the definition "the number of shares of a security that are outstanding and available for trade by the public" Is this all inclusive of shares held by MM and the public. Or does "available for trade by the public" mean to exclude thoses shares already held by the public? A finer point of the definition escapes me. Thanks.
