Dear Ken :
The first two waves were attention getters.Both were intended
to draw attention to the company(in that it just doesn't behave
like a bb stock.),the first to support the stock and the second
to reinforce support and give back to the shareholders something besides price appreciation.Now that we have that
objective out of the way we are cleared for the third wave
