Yes, you are the honesty police, protecting all here from trickery and dishonesty...yet...you haven't been able to answer the simple question I posed: Name a single stated commitment, deadline, development or other deliverable that the company has been honest about meeting? Easy to call me dishonest and tricky, yet you give the company a free pass. And then you say "but what am I to do, I'm just a poor little small time investor?" Well, for starters, you could apply the same "honesty requirement" that you expect of me to the company...isn't that who's responsible for the current predicament you find yourself in? What predicament? You've been bamboozled by a former lab tech and a retired failed MD. Get over it and direct your anger at those responsible, including yourself. Or is my dishonesty and trickery responsible for that too?
