Hello Bruce. I found your post about Global's pump and dumb scam very interesting. I had some bad experience with
Kostech, and I wonder if you heard of them as well. They heavily hyped UMSI a year ago (at $2 +) It proved to
be a real dog and now stands at 9 cents.Does the SEC routinely
check these companies?Or wait for complaints to be filed?
