Greg, I sympathize w/ you. The repricing should have been restricted to employees below the director level as other cos have done. In the Si Val, option is no longer trewated as incentive but as entitlement, part of the compensation pkg to keep the cost low. COs have no choice because the supply and demand for the talents are out of whack here. The co does buy back a small amount of shares to replenish the exercised options. IMHO, ASND should have buy back much more for this is after all a great investment if the co believes the stock would trend upwards. It's a win-win situation unless the co choose not to do so b/c of some imminent event happening.
