Aaaaaand, they were to testify about.... wait for it....ZERO material facts. I'd say it worked out rather well. They are expert witnesses, there for their history and constitutional expertise. There are also a lot of non-witness facts in his report....a very big paper trail of emails, texts, memos, aaaaaand....wait for it....phone records. Maybe tapes, too. And TV videos.
