I was there although our information led us to believe the company had the votes required last night. No sense in being antagonistic to the managment team at the meeting when very little of the voting stock (except Bill Shrader) was in the room. Regarding flaky, Frontier just paid $190 million for ISP Global Center that had trailing revenues of $25 million. That means that either the managment of ISP Global Center is very good at ehancing shareholder value or, well , that PSIX managment are perhaps,in your words, flaky.
