I was disappointed that you never returned my email. Several of my friends work for Digex. They all started around January of 95, and now I regret not joining them. What is your current focus for revenues? Any chance you will take USinternetworking public? While I have your ear, was there any particular reason why Digex shareholders had to accept cash, rather than ICIX stock? Thanks, dave
