Even a cursory look at history shows that is not normally the choice presented. In fact, with the exception of Clinton and one or two others, none have demeaned the Presidency or the United States as has Clinton. Clinton's is the least consequential presidency of this century, with the possible exception of Coolidge, and for Coolidge that was his governing philosophy. Logically it also misses the issue: outside of national security, can any President be allowed to use and then compel others to lie when sworn to tell the truth? What you believe, you see. There is no assassination, no one controls little Willy but Big Willy - if anything it is a sexual suicide. You will doubtless see more women coming forward with similar stories. Isn't it typical that this Lyin King can't tell us his story until "all the facts are in"? It just shows Clinton needs time to concoct a story/coverup to fit whatever is disclosed. Ultimately even you will probably be shocked once the extent of Clinton's corruption is made manifest. BTW, the only people Clinton ever got jobs for (besides special prosecutors) were his cronies and present/former mistresses. The present economic expansion began well before Clinton became president.
