Big pharma would be hard pressed to make money on that idea, so mix it :0)

We are what we eat may be the right idea, in the western scheme

And all ailments originates from stomach, by the eastern take

Maybe the two camps are both correct

Am waiting for takeout breakfast per our usual sundays, and jack having granola / bacon

I do the usual, two eggs over easy, hash browns, wheat toast, sausage.

My usual weekday / Saturday breakfast is just fruit and oatmeal.
