If they weren't on the phone call or in the room, then it is hearsay. Sondland's memory gaps allow for a Mac Truck to be ridden through them. He engaged in speculation and hearsay, not in direct evidentiary revelations. Unfortunately, speculation is not enough to convict anyone of anything. Innocent until PROVEN guilty. That means direct evidence. The burden of proof is on the accusers and so far, they have come up with nothing but speculation, hearsay, and bias from a mendacious Schiff, who has himself overstepped and abused power in targeting his political rivals for investigation including accessing their phone logs without the authority to do so.
