This is EXACTLY what Professor Turley was talking about. You probably didn't even watch the video.

Trump has every right to challenge congressional subpoenas and take it to court. It's up to the court to decide, NOT the House Democrats.

You are calling what Trump did "illegal" in this instance because you can't think for yourself.
