Sanofi further to restructure, plan to START selling its interest (23M shares total) in REGN, starting by 12-2020, as lock-up expire (gradually). sanofi.com They want (they think that consumers) to re-focus on consumer OTC, Cialis and Tamiflu. See it as better chance to growth business. If that is they want, so be it. In parales....for thousand years they (French) thought of themself as best wine producer in world.
