There’s plenty of probable cause to warrant the subpoenas.
You're so stupid, you don't even realize what the argument is.

The argument in this case isn't over whether there's probable cause to issue the subpoenas. The argument is whether Trump is even allowed to challenge the subpoenas in court.

The Democrats think the mere challenge itself is an impeachable offense.
