The only problem with Surber's comments are that the IG does not have the power to indict.

Right now it looks like Comey set a precedent for himself and his Coup-Comrades when he explained all of Hillary's crimes and then said tough cheese to justice - and she continued to run for president.

But as they say, it ain't over yet....
