And the winners of the contest are: Earnings Four people guessed 79 cents (exact match): Power Ranger Fred Fahmy Pascal Douig Fowler Revenues (actual figure $395,010,000) In a photo finish winner is Stockaholic who was off by $4,990,000 Second is Derrick Lim Kok Fang who was off by $5,010,000 Closing price Friday (20 1/8) Tie between Hitch who guessed $20 1/6 and Brian Lempel, who guessed $20 3/16. Overall winner is Fred Fahmy, who got exact match on earnings and was closed on the tie breaker of revenues, missing by only $7 million. Of course he has been one of the long-timers on this thread and deserves the title. Thanks for participating. I just got to look at the earnings myself a few minute ago. You can imagine my consternation seeing the headlines in Yahoo about CREAF falling after the market (by about 1/4 point) and then reading this Reuters release that said CREAF made only 15 cents last quarter. Hopefully people will look at the aggregate of CREAF and its P/E of about 7 and its growth rate and see the promise that remains in the stock.
