George and Richard, thanks for getting the ball rolling on this company.

I finally got ahold of Randy Pointkoski just now, who tells me they're working hard on the AT&T Paradyne agreement. He just got back from Florida today, where he's been for the last few days working with Paradyne. No anticipated announcements or anything for the immediate future, although the stock price has climbed a bit from its 1.00-1.20 range a few days ago to close at 1.44 today (Oct 3).

I don't know how you guys feel about the way Randy gives information over the phone, but I felt it was sort of round-about. I realize Randy is an engineer more than a promoter, but a really good spokesman will usually get me all excited about a company. I wouldn't mind some other perspectives. If you're inclined to call CYH, the toll-free number is 1-800-661-9277.

Anyway, I've watched and owned shares in this company since it was still CTE-A (prior to name change and 5 to 1 consolidation). I definitely agree that CYH and its product have an excellent growth potential because of its unique product and the demand for encryption and compression of data as bandwidth and data security become bigger issues.

I was surprised that Interop in Atlanta didn't bring anything more significant to the company, at least not in regard to share value (my impression only). Hopefully, the Networld/Interop show in Paris (Oct 8) will bring about some deals being signed. Other shows include: Orbit in Zurich (Oct 6-13) and Systems 96 in Munich (Oct 20-23). These will be presented by the European distributors, I understand, so the guys from Compression & Encryption Tech won't need to have a physical presence there.

I got in at the equivalent of $1.65 (0.33 prior to consolidation), but I'm aiming for good returns, perhaps in a month...

Best of luck to all!
Ben
