"Titan Minerals Limited (“Titan” or “the Company”) refers to the trading halt granted to the Company on
18 November 2019.

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.2, the Company requests that trading in the Company’s securities be

suspended from the commencement of trading on 21 November 2019.

The Company makes this request pending the release of an announcement in relation to the Company’s
takeover bid for Core Gold Inc. ("Announcement")."

"The Company makes this request pending the release of an announcement ("Announcement") regarding
Titan's takeover bid for Core Gold Inc. It is expected that the suspensions will last until Wednesday,
27 November 2019, or the Company releasing the Announcement, whichever occurs earlier."

"The Company advises that the ongoing voluntary suspension in the Company’s securities will continue
pending the release of an announcement regarding regarding Titan’s takeover bid for Core Gold Inc."

December 8, 2019 - Titan issues their "pending release" :

investi.com.au

BUT WAIT A MINUTE FOLKS !! ....Titan comes up with a new excuse for remaining halted .....

"The Company advises that the ongoing voluntary suspension in the Company’s securities will continue
pending the release of announcements regarding the outcome of the Placement and an update in respect
to the Debt Commitment.

Now, being the skeptical individual that I am, if Titan had not stated anything about intending to put out a
news release on November 18 about a pending announcement regarding their takever bid of Core Gold,
how would anyone have known about it to begin with ?

Why voluntarily halt trading if no one knew about it in the first place ?

Does it not seem a little more than somewhat coincidental that Titan is first halted on November 18, 2019,
only two days before the legal issues publicly surfaced in Peru about the "irregularities" surrounding the
permitting process of their Vista Gold Plant ?

Does it not appear to be quite "covenient" for Titan to say that they will now remain halted until they arrange
the placement and debt committment ?

Really .... ?? So whenever Core Gold made an announcement about a private placement, or even press
released their long overdue and never completed US$15 million debt facility, does anyone ever remember
Core Gold shares ever being halted pending completion of a private placement or debt facility ?

Nope ... didn't think so.

Does anyone else wonder if the Australian Securities and Investment Commission and the Issuer Misconduct
Branch of the Australian Stock Exchange have some questions for Titan MInerals, now that a number of filings
were submitted to them regarding the Vista Gold Plant ?

Why hasn't Titan MInerals made any comment on this Material Adverse Event ? (please reference the first
post in this thread about "Material Adverse Event")

Titan Minerals stated in their Circular for the takeover of Core Gold that everything was good, that all permitting
had been completed for the Vista Gold Plant. Is this just one more example of Titan's inability to meet full disclosure ?

Like I said, .... just asking ....

;-)

DO NOT TENDER TO THE TITAN MINERALS OFFER

GLTA !
