Last time the repo rate spiked above 10%, the market didn't flinch and the Fed came to the rescue. I see nothing to worry about here. The Fed can create as much money as it likes in thin air. Problem solved.
We are in a very advanced stage of money printing. Call it a new era if you like or the dumbing down of America. That is why there is little worry out there about the repo rate among investors/traders.
On a more sanguine note, a decisive break above SPX 3200, targets SPX 3800 and then SPX 4000.
I am very hedged with lots of silver and gold mining stocks.
Life is a roller coaster with one day up and the next day down. I am a bladder cancer survivor of 44 years and didn't worry one second about recurrence even though the Doctors said I had a 99.9% chance of recurrence. There is a Shakespeare saying that is applicable here: " Cowards die many times before their death, the valiant only die once."
I always loved the roller coasters. We went to all the amusement parks throughout the country and rode all the rollercoasters. Life is a rollercoaster. I am at one with that. Want stability? When you die, you will get that.
I'm in because it is all a joke and farce and the FIX is in. Yeah, don't you realize that the stock market is fixed? Won't be fixed forever, but it is now. Timing is everything.
