The order requires a response by 11am today. If they don't respond we can assume she might lift the stay immediately but she shouldn't have spent one second on something this basic. She needs to retire. What conceivable reason can SCOTUS have for not hearing any of the lawsuits related to impeachment? Not one. The courts are obstructing Congress and I'm glad Schiff blasted the courts on an eight month ruling. It should have been decided on the spot.
