Bill, You might take your overclocking lessons from: The overclocking Guide from Tom's Hardware Guide tomshardware.com From Tweakit Hardware Reference tweakit.com I would suggest you clock your M2-166Mhz on 83Mhz bus speed without ocing it since M2-166Mhz with 83Mhz bus speed might give you better system responding than it runs at 75x2.5 or 66x3.
