cmg, is this your AOL post to which you refer? (some of my thoughts regarding conference call......... intelectual property includes all xyplex patents and pending patents, Noam mentioned 8 register patents and more were in the works. run rate for the last 2 months seems to be 40 million for the current xyplex...sounded as if the company has been declining in sales from over 100 million then 76 million now 40 million............buy technology cheap......... Noam stated the company bought xyplex because they needed the complete ie: end to end concept that bay and cisco have............but then later on said they bought xyplex because of the software( technology) was "very stable and mature" Noam also said that the technology was only comparible to cisco's routing technology............hmmmmm SCHLOMO.........seems to be the "BRAINS" here.................. Sales force increasing at a rate of 10% a month...probably greater soon with the increase of xyplex..... Switch-Router-Remote Access Whats the Livingston story ? MRVC hopes the purchase will be accreditive by the end of the second quarter....training should take 2 months and the purchase should be completed in 5 weeks.........following DoJ approval............ Very exciting times at MRVC.....end) jc
