SCOTUS hasn't ruled on any of the impeachment cases. So far SCOTUS isn't willing to fast track any of these cases so the earliest we could see a ruling would be in June. SCOTUS is as corrupt as the gop. Both are destroying the impeachment provision for the rest of time.

From now on all a president has to do is ignore all the subpoenas and Congress will never see what crimes he committed.

The gop is horrible but SCOTUS is corrupting the Constitution itself.
