Let's say there are only 20 millions families have computers in their home in America, 1/10th of them would like to have at least 1 appliance hooked to their computers then to the Web, so they can watch their living rooms, turn off their A/Cs, program their VCRs anywhere anytime.

That's 2 millions chips.
