So doesn't that mean Lewinsky should be sueing or bringing charges against Tripp? In her place that's what I'd do. Illegal wiretapping for Tripp, entrapment and invasion of privacy for Starr and his henchmen (and for Tripp as well, since she was involved in the sting). This may happen; evidently her lawyer's only been on board for a day or two. As I've said before, I think she should Make a Stand: say that she's been persecuted, hounded, preyed upon by people who don't care who they destroy as long as they get Clinton. If I were she, by now I wouldn't be scared (which she obviously is), I'd be furiously angry.
