Senate Impeachment process will be very interesting.
Trump wants a full blown trial with tons of witnesses whereas the Republican senators want to see this ended as quickly as possible; they aren't interested in a circus.
I am not an expert in Senate rules but apparently there are procedures that could be employed to essentially shut it down and ignore the house vote - kind of like a massive slap in the face to the House Dems.
If this scenario transpires, it could easily be portrayed as a win/win.
No Circus in the Senate and Trump would be able to declare that he was willing to provide numerous witnesses under fair trial conditions but he wasn't given the chance because a majority of senators had already acquitted him based on the extreme weakness of the house case.

Very few journalists are reporting on the number of judges appointed by Trump. In 3 years there have been more placements than during the 8 years of Obama. Liberal media is mute because there is nothing the Dem senators can do to stop the steamroller; they changed the rules when they were in power and payback is now a beach. A second term for Trump would guarantee a conservative (i.e. constitutional) judiciary for a generation.
