Looks like the new S-1 will need to be withdrawn, too. I don't think there's enough headroom under the current 7.5M share authorization considering the existing outstanding common, the convertible Preferred A and existing options and warrants. Can't wait to see the terms of the Diwan loan agreement: "Approximately $1 million will be made available immediately upon execution of a definitive agreement and an additional $1 million will be made available in a second tranche in January 2020, or later, at the Company's discretion."
