Moron.. the Dems charged abuse of power & obstruction of congress as their impeachment articles.

The fact that the SCOTUS took up the subpoena issue wrt to Trumps taxes & bank account congressional demands blows up the 1st article claiming obstruction. The proper venue was and is the court not impeachment.
