Not so sure. Doesn't jibe with the bridge loan. He doesn't need it to put NNVC in default.

What he's trying to do is raise equity capital. My point was to explain what an underwriter is telling him he needs to do to get professional equity buyers for any reasonable ($30mm milestone-based) raise.

Yes, he may not do it.
