DD has never done anything that would compromise his greed, and imo, I don't see that changing. He is probably too locked in at this point to make any concessions that you refer to. Does this mean he takes the ship down? Yes, but he will have TheraCour, the licenses, and a lab he can buy on pennies to the dollar. He can then parlay things from there, with less capital.
