Bob : Iron in the body in compound is called Transferrin a natural , important food for cancer . In fact cancer has 16 to 20 receptors on surface for this . A normal cell has 1 to 2 . A normal cell spits it out if not used right away . Cancer hoards it and will take all you got . TLT 1433 looks like Transferrin to a cancer cell . They both have a similar external signature . 1433 inside carries the deadly potential . Activate it with light and it releases a radical oxygen molecule .
