Can't there be good precedents, and bad precedents, the latter we should stay away from?

There are judges right now that trump appointed that are presiding over cases, and making rulings in a court of law, and yet they have never argued a case before a judge. They were labeled "unqualified" by the American Bar Association. That is a terrible grade. This is the ABA saying this person should not be a judge.

Impeaching a judge with qualifications, or rather lack of qualifications like that should be a good precedent in my opinion.
