Matt, the market certainly agrees with you and is saying that nothing is going to change and the company is done. Hence the nano market cap.

And the disapproval of the ridiculous share authorization request was a strong rebuke to DD, as is the share price. The NNVC governance and affiliate deal terms are being rejected by shareholders and equity underwriters.
