Any chance you could link me to a licensing agreement of a manufactured drug that includes the definition of cost of goods sold that applies and describes the manner in which it is to be confirmed? The auditing process in this case would be particularly interesting to me. Remember how Uncle Miltie couldn't even get access to the books to audit the TheraCour charges...and he was on the NNVC Board? Please link a License Agreement that includes royalties based on GP. I've never seen one and I'd like to.
