That's the problem. You want me to look for something that I'm not convinced exists. To do so would require looking at agreements ad infinitum.

Licensing agreements can be very detailed on definitions of sales, net sales, net profits, gross profits, etc.

One example, please. I understand that you would rather not but it's not a big ask given your cocksure assertion. You must have had some in mind when you said it and all I need to see is one. Just one.

The situation here is even more complicated by Diwan's aversion to transparency. Maybe you didn't follow the import of my Uncle Miltie comment. The idea that Diwan would structure an agreement based on Gross Profits of a manufactured product that includes a fully transparent explanation of that calculation is folly. On the other hand I have no doubt that he might use the term Gross Profit without providing a detailed method of calculating it.

Just link one that I can read so we can see how it's done. If you can.
