Diwan is taking one more bite at the apple but I don't see any underwriter drumming up client equity finance interest; the shares hardly trade and the TheraCour arrangement is awful. Secured debt finance, maybe... But it would almost certainly have to be senior to Diwan's bridge loan and still at too low an LTV to get through a Phase 1.
